How to use
Four steps from dough to plate — no experience needed.
Charge
Plug in and charge for 2–3 hours before first use. A single charge handles multiple batches.
Prepare dough
Mix rice flour (or noodle dough) with warm water to a soft, pliable consistency — not too wet, not too stiff.
Attach your mould
Click in the die for idiyappam, noodles, or murukku. Each mould snaps in and out cleanly.
Press and serve
Hold over a steamer plate or tray and press. Idiyappam is ready to steam; noodles and murukku go straight to the pan.
